Following @VikMuniz, @LiuBolin, and others, the British artist was given carte blanche to create an ensemble of works inspired by the champagne house.

â€˜This collaboration has given me the opportunity to learn something about the complex process of making champagne and to make some art that addresses that, to find a way to say something about that process.

It is a voyage of discovery: I had no expectations, other than to learn something,â€™ says the artist.

The #DavidShrigleyxRuinart collaboration titled #UnconventionalBubbles features 36 drawings and acrylics, as well as three neons, two ceramics, and one door.

The works will travel to Art Basel's 2020 fairs, installed new each time within the #Ruinart VIP lounge.
